DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order. It is easier when you want to place an order to create a By Maddie account. This means that your details are remembered and filled in for you when you place your next order. You also keep a handy overview of your order history.
HOW CAN I ORDER?
Have you found an item on our website that you really want? Then select your correct size and click on "add to shopping cart". You can continue shopping in the meantime. (NOTE: all items in your shopping cart are not reserved.) Have you finished shopping? Then it is now time to complete your order. Click on the “shopping bag” icon at the top right. Then click on "order" and then on "proceed to checkout" and you can complete your order.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
A warranty period of 14 days applies to all items. If an item is defective within this period, please contact us immediately via info@by-maddie.com Don't forget to include your order number in your email and include a photo of the complaint. We do our best to come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Unfortunately, order confirmation emails sometimes end up in your junk mail/spam box. Have you already looked there?
When the payment has been successful, you can assume that the order has also been received. If this is not the case, you can of course always contact us via info@by-maddie.com Then we'll check it out for you! The order number can be found in the description on your statement and starts with ORD.
ARE SOLD OUT ITEMS REPILLED?
We are sorry that your desired item is no longer in stock. We do our best to reorder sold out items as soon as possible. We cannot always say in advance whether the item will be back in stock. So keep a close eye on our Instagram account (@bymaddiefashion). We will be the first to post our new collections and restocks here!
CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items with us. As much as we would like this for our customers, unfortunately we cannot meet this requirement. So always be there as soon as possible, so keep a close eye on our Instagram so you are always on time.
WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, it is best to immediately send an email to info@by-maddie.com If we have not yet sent your package, we will adjust it for you. If it has already been sent, it will be sent back to us and we will send it to the correct address.

- Have you placed your order with the pick-up option, but would you rather have it shipped? Send and email toinfo@by-maddie.com.
- We are not a physical store, you need to make an appointment when you can pick up your order. This will be possible between 1 and 3 working days. Please pick up your order within 5 working days.
DELIVERY
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
we aim to ship your order within 24 hours after receipt of payment and to deliver to the delivery address of your choice within 1 to 3 working days.
HOW CAN I SEE MY SHIPPING STATUS?
You can track your order with the track and trace code that you receive in the email that you receive from the delivery service after your package has been shipped.
