Returns

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days. The costs of return are the responsibility of the customer. You can request your return label via the link in your shipping confirmation email (note: sometimes it ends up in the spam box). Can't find the email? Send an email to info@by-maddie.com and let us know what you want to return. You will then receive an email from us where you can download your return label. PLEASE NOTE!: Each return shipment must be sent with a track and trace code so that you can check where your shipment is located. Return shipments without a track and trace code will not be accepted.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Are in undamaged condition, have not been worn or washed and come with the original packaging and tags.

There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors, animal hair or cigarette odors on the items.

Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

No attempt has been made to rectify a defect. Warranty expires after washing.

The shipping risk and the costs of the return are for the buyer.

Insufficient or unstamped returns are not accepted by us.

If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for the shipping costs.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN TERMS?

Our regular return period is 14 days after receipt of the online order. If you ordered with the pick-up option, the return period is 14 days from the order date.

HOW LONG DOES RETURNS/REFUND TAKE?

If you return an order, you will receive the payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt from us. As soon as the condition of the returned items has been checked by us, you will be notified by e-mail.

Sale items may not be returned!

 

CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Sale items may be returned, but you will not receive a refund but an online voucher worth the purchase amount.

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS AT ONE TIME?

It is possible to return multiple orders in one package. It is important that all return papers (of all returned orders) are included. As soon as we receive the returns, you will receive a return confirmation per order.

 

DO YOU GIVE A WASHING GUARANTEE?

No washing guarantee is given. Problems that arise after washing are at your own responsibility. Since we have no control over the use and consumption of products.
